Case Study

Following our Consultancy service we were able to gain a valuable insight into the way headsets were used in our clients' multiple contact centres. We realised that the function of different roles within the contact centres was crucial to the product selection. By undertaking site visits and working closely with the clients IT and infrastructure team, we were able to propose the style of headset that each department required. Staff working happily in sales required far less robust headsets than their colleagues in complaints whose role involved far more frustrating conversations.
