Incom & ISO Standards

 Incom Telecoms' ISO 9001/2000 Status

Incom was one of the first Telecoms distributors in the UK to achieve ISO 9001 status. By having a combination of accurate systems, well trained staff and a positive approach to our customer service we were able to provide the quality of service that our customers require.

With time came further progress and in 2004 Incom was one of the first Companies in the UK to achieve ISO 9001/2000 status. This latest standard changed the focus from earlier standards by adopting a whole business philosophy wherein all departments had clear objectives from both a business and a customer prospective. ISO 9001/2000 incorporates all the original procedures and disciplines of the previous standards but critically provides for a more flexible and responsive approach to our clients. Together with a clearer set of objectives that all levels of the Companies staff could work work towards ISO 9001/2000 is clearly the way ahead.

Importantly, the ISO standards have been designed to be a flexible management system that is not solely based on procedures and that encourage continual improvement with a view to customer satisfaction as a measure of system performance. By ensuring that the standards cover the Incom Telecommunications we are able to set common goals, achievement of both statutory and regulatory requirements and be able to provide measurable objectives at different levels of system, function and product.

For over 20 years Incom has always been forward looking in it's approach to it's customers requirements whether that be in the SME, Corporate or Public sector. By adopting the practice of constant development we believe that we will be best placed to respond to your requirements in the years to come.
