Incom is now in its 14th year of ISO accreditation, having been one of the first Telecoms distributors in the UK to achieve ISO 9001 status.
The current ISO 9001 2000 version of the standard focuses on the management of the systems used within the organization and there is a concentrated effort throughout the business on a number of core principles, including continuous improvement, enhanced customer focus, staff involvement, mutually beneficial supplier relationships, focused leadership, improved consistency with traceability and a factual approach to decision making.
These core principles are instilled across the company from induction stage, resulting in financial savings due to a reduction in errors, improved customer satisfaction and loyalty and uniformity across the organization by following the ethos and processes set out in our quality manual.
We are constantly developing our IT infrastructure in order to satisfy the requirements of our clients and regularly monitor our systems and processes in order to give the best possible service to our customers. |
