  • Free evaluation of the cost of any repair work
  • New headset consumables (e.g. ear cushions, voice tubes, windshields, etc) are included in the cost of repair.
  • All headsets are hygienically cleaned and individually packaged before return.
  • The units will be carefully packaged and returned by our overnight courier service in approximately 3-5 working days of receipt.
  • 6 month (or 180 days) repairs warranty.
  • In the unlikely event your equipment should fail in this time we will repair or replace it free of charge.
  • Free collection and delivery service subject to quantities.
  • No repair - no fee.
