Incom’s main objective in the marketplace is to support all its customers with a full service. This can include delivery, logistics, plain wrap shipment, installation, and maintenance of products. Should you require any other form of service we would be happy to provide such service wherever possible. Over 95% of deliveries are dispatched using one of our next day couriers.

Incom is able to offer multiple worldwide delivery options. We can provide courier packages, palletised, bulk or containerised shipments. More details on request.
Where stock is available, orders placed before 4.30pm will be despatched the same evening, orders placed after this will be despatched the following working day.
Unless otherwise specified, products will be dispatched by next day courier with full Track, Trace and POD service available
A next day timed delivery service and weekend service are also available on request at supplementary cost.
For Northern Ireland and offshore islands there is an additional charge, pricing available on request
All parcels are insured by Incom up until time of delivery.
If there is a prolonged delivery delay due to unavailability of stock the customer will always be notified when delivery is to be expected.
